Community Cafe Space Request Form & Policies

Host Your Next Event at the Community Cafe!

We are happy to offer our Kitchen and Restaurant Space for rent to the public, community organizations and businesses. Please view our Space Use Polices prior to filling out the Space Request Form to ensure you are comfortable with our polices and rental rates. We also offer our Commercial Kitchen for rent.  More information is available HERE.

  • :
    Please include a minimum of 30 minutes before your event starts to account for set up.
  • :
    Please include a minimum of 30 minutes after your event ends to account for clean up.
  • We can comfortably accommodate a meeting set-up for up to 60, depending on your preferred room configuration.
  • Please read guidelines first about what the Cafe can and cannot provide. Please list any food & beverage needs, technical & A/V needs, or other miscellaneous requests.
  • If you are unsure what the Cafe's current layout is, please visit us prior to your event. If you are changing the layout, please note that you are responsible for returning the Cafe back to it's original arrangement.
  • Include any speakers, if you will be providing food & drink, what your set-up will entail, and an overall description of the event. Please be as detailed as possible.
